Warranty

Custom Gyms Ltd products are covered with a 12 month warranty. The warranty does not cover products that have been misused, altered, damaged from negligence, mis-treated or normal wear and tear. 

Custom Gyms Ltd warranty does not cover products sourced from a 3rd party.

Custom Gyms Ltd requires the right to request the faulty product and inspect it. If your product has a genuine fault we will do our very best to repair/replace it for you. The replacement item will then be under the warranty date from the original piece of equipment.
